Return Process

  Log in to your PandaZzz account or visit our Support Center to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a local donation pickup for large mattress items.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box; please ensure all components and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Get Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
